We’re one week away from the Aug. 24 deadline to apply for the Institute for Education Innovation Supes’ Choice Awards—and it’s easily do-able in seven days! Here’s how straight forward the application process is:
1. Visit the website https://supeschoice.smapply.io/prog/2023_supes_choice_awards_/.
2. Download the category descriptions to find the best fit for your organization from options including #AI, #STEM, #SpecialEducation, #Math, #Literacy, #CollegeCareerReadiness #SEL #Safety #Tutoring #Innovation #FamilyEngagement #LearningManagementSystem #HR #PD
3. Log in to the portal.
4. Pay the application fee.
5. After filling out the fields that help the judges find your company and its key team members online, dive straight into the open-ended fields about your mission, the challenge your organization or product addresses, how you address it, why you’re uniquely positioned in this space, attributes that differentiate you, and features that make you stand out.
6. Submit a 2-minute video or presentation.
7. Add any additional case studies or testimonials (optional, but never a bad idea).
Once you’ve clicked submit, your application goes before the panel of superintendents who’ll be judging the contest. Winners will be announced Dec. 8. Good luck!
